Who We Are

Family With Pet

More than Housing. A Network of Support.

Phoenix Housing Network exists to connect individuals and families to safe housing, supportive services, workforce opportunities, and community resources that promote stability, independence, and long-term success. We believe that housing is more than a place to live, it is the foundation for health, opportunity, and a brighter future. Through housing navigation, case management, workforce development, and community partnerships, we help people overcome barriers and build pathways toward self-sufficiency. Our work supports individuals with disabilities, families experiencing housing instability, veterans, returning citizens, young adults transitioning to independence, and others seeking support, guidance, and opportunity. By working alongside healthcare providers, behavioral health organizations, schools, government agencies, and community partners, we create stronger communities where every person has the opportunity to thrive.

A Message From Our Founder

Phoenix Housing Network was founded on a simple belief: everyone deserves access to safe housing, meaningful opportunities, and the support needed to thrive. We are committed to helping individuals and families overcome barriers, build stability, and create brighter futures through connection, advocacy, and community.
